Everyone knows what ICQ is, if you don't then you should probably get councelling or something. Most people use this to keep in contact with mates on the internet. ICQ is a screwed-up abbreviation for 'I seek You'. There's not a hell of a lot of info I can offer for this one. If you want more info, visit http://www.icq.com. I have only one thing to offer for ICQ here, and that is the hack to piss off those damned annoying ICQ ads that come with a message box whenever you send or receive a message. This hack is made for ICQ version 2000b, dunno if it works with anything else, its up to you to try. The zip file has full and relatively easy to follow instructions. If you can't figure it out... then, stiff shit.
