mIRC Junk
Here's a brief overview for those of you who don't know what mIRC is. mIRC is a client for IRC, which is Internet Relay Chat. IRC is perhaps the biggest and most popular chatting service around with servers and channels to the taste of anyone. If you would like to obtain a copy of mIRC and find out a little more about it, then you can do so at http://www.mirc.com.
For those of you who are already into mIRC, you might want to try out some mIRC scripts at http://www.mircx.com. But, right here I have a couple of peices of scripting that a few of you may find fun and/or useful...
- HDD Space: Tells everyone how much hard drive space you have on your computer.
- Uptime: Tells everyone how long your computer has been on since last boot.
- Power: Tells everyone how many chans you're opped in and how many people you have 'power' over.
- Stats: Tells everyone your computer stats, from your RAM count to your CPU speed and other junk.
The above tools may seem useless and/or pointless to most, but a lot of people seem to be using them for the hell of it. All files have BRIEF instructions included. All are in text file format except for Stats which is a zip file with a dll file included (required to generate the stats). Some time in the future I hope to get off my arse and finish my script which I will upload here.
